Cancellation policy
**Cancellation Fees**
- If you cancel within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the service cost will need to be paid.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
- A card will need to be put on file apon booking. A different form of payment can be applied at checkout if need be.
**Late Arrivals**
- If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened to accommodate subsequent clients. The full appointment fee will still apply.
